GINNY KENYON

Owner & CEO

Ginny’s knowledge and passion for helping clients achieve success defines the mission of her company. Ginny holds a Master’s in nursing administration with minors in Business and Health Services. She has worked as an administrator in Public Health, Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty home care for the last 27 years.


Ginny has a strong background in operations and program development through her experience with visiting nurse services, national home health companies, and through her work with investors in startup companies. She is also a nationally published home health author and speaker.


Ginny specializes in startup agencies as well as specialty education, strategic planning and executive coaching and mentoring.

Shelly L. Barrett, RN, MBA, BSN, ET, CWCN, LMT

Shelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Bowling Green State University and her MBA from the University of Northwest Ohio. She studied at the RJ Turnball School of Enterostomal Therapy where she became an ET nurse certified in wound care. She later became a licensed massage therapist after completing coursework at the Dayton School of Medical Massage.


Shelly has over 30 years in the hospice and home health industry, ranging from clinical hands-on care to senior management of an agency consisting of ten home health/hospice branches, two adult day facilities and two in-patient hospice centers, with private duty services out of all the branches/sub-units. As VP of Operations Shelly functioned as the chief clinical administrator of the agency.


 Beth Noyce, RN, BSJMC, HCS-C, BCHH-C 

Senior Consultant, Kenyon HomeCare Consulting

 As a Home Health & Hospice Consultant Beth has extensive experience in home health and hospice, working with home and community-based services. She has served as a mentor, auditor, clinical educator and compliance and data analysis consultant. Beth has also served as a Medical Reviewer for Hospice and Home Health Medicare Claims under contract with a Medicare Administrative Contractor. She has a strong background and deep knowledge of quality improvement programs, and is a widely acclaimed educator, published writer and speaker on the topics of Home Health and Hospice quality.


Sharon Fredrichs, RN, BSN, PHN, CPHQ

As a co-owner of S & S Consulting, Sharon brings more than thirty years of home health administrative and managerial experience to the Kenyon team.


She is a goal-oriented visionary leader—a change agent—with comprehensive knowledge of home health regulations, national standards of home care, as well as DPHS and JCAHO survey preparation, with home health, hospice, private duty, and home infusion pharmacy experience,


Sharon has a deep background in survey recovery, including plans of action, inter-disciplinary and inter-departmental education, and strategic development to sustain improvements.


Sharon has served as an interim manager and as executive of home health, hospice, and private duty agencies. She is also an experienced OASIS trainer.


Sera Rose, RN, HCS-D Certified for ICD-10

Senior Consultant, Kenyon HomeCare Consulting

Sera Rose lives in Rockledge, FL. She has 14 years of home health experience and is HCS-D credentialed, with 9 years of home health coding experience. Sera has a passion for home health and for training clinicians how to accurately complete OASIS, identify primary diagnosis, and create a plan of care.


John Reisinger, CPA

Senior Consultant, Kenyon HomeCare Consulting


John Reisinger, CPA, is the Principal of Innovative Financial Solutions for Home Health, a highly sought financial consulting firm that serves the Home Health and Hospice industries. John is one of few CPAs specializing in Home Health and Hospice and has worked in these industries since 1992. During that span  John has held a variety of roles, including 5 years as a Medicare Auditor, over 11 years as a Vice President for a large multi-state home health/hospice organization, and over 23 years in his current role as a consultant to the home health & hospice industries. His consulting practice includes working as an Interim CFO/CFA (A=analyst) for organizations to help get them through a challenging period. He is truly a turnaround specialist.


Marc Berg; Co-founder Data Solutions

Marc has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His long career has included founding and owning a home medical equipment (HME) company, founding home health agencies, starting a venture capital-financed sleep study equipment manufacturer/service provider, and holding several senior leadership positions within major healthcare organizations. His responsibilities in healthcare systems have included inpatient and post-acute services as well as operational and financial roles. His most recent position was with the Providence St. Joseph Health system as the CFO and VP of Home Health for their post-acute care services. The service lines in this division were home health, hospice, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home infusion, and PACE. These programs generated over $500M in annual revenue. In 2017 Marc co-founded Berg Data Solutions to analyze provider data and provide insights to organizations, informed by his many years of experience in healthcare. The opportunities identified through his work help organizations improve their financial performance, their patient satisfaction scores, and their clinical outcomes.


Tracer Foster, BBA

Tracer Foster joins Kenyon HomeCare Consulting with over 16 years of sales and operations experience in the healthcare industry. Over that time he led a successful healthcare businesses associated with Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, commercial insurance, Veterans Administration, long-term care insurance, and other state and governmental regulatory agencies. Originally from Texas where he earned his business degree, Tracer moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2004 where he focused on insurance and home healthcare sales and administration. He relocated to Orlando in 2012 where he later took on the role of Regional Director overseeing nine home care agencies across many major Florida markets. More recently he has served as a business consultant for a network of franchise owners and administrators in the senior home health care industry, with responsibility for 24 offices across the South and Midwestern United States.

Tracer is an award-winning sales and operations home care leader capable of guiding business owners and administrators to achieve exemplary results. The majority of his multitude of teams have averaged 15% - 25% growth per year since 2006. Tracer is a skilled coach, dedicated mentor and inspiring team leader who encourages best practices to improve and inspire confidence and professionalism in everyone he works with.
