Seattle, WA–Kenyon HomeCare Consulting (KHCC) has just implemented a program turnaround for Sound Options, Inc., one of the Northwest’s leading home health care agencies. A company known for its high quality of service, the turnaround helped refocus and direct company goals and its mission of superior service. Starting with a complete organization analysis, KHCC developed an intensive plan for improvement throughout the company and oversaw all details of the new strategy. Creating new organizational charts and redesigning internal systems and structures, KHCC was able to help Sound Options improve its functions and workflows while supporting staff and management.
Focusing on the Geriatric Care Manager division, KHCC helped Sound Options procure new software and integrated models of care that further improved the quality and high value service that sets Sound Options above its competition. An ongoing program designed to enhance customer service, KHCC was also able to increase the financial outlook of the agency for long-term growth and development. Working with management to achieve a variety of stated goals, KHCC increased employee satisfaction and helped elevate public perception of the agency in positive and sustainable ways.

As part of the overhaul, KHCC developed a three-day orientation for home care aides designed to increase their knowledge and meet customer expectations of high quality services. The orientation included instruction on fine home and furniture care as well as lessons in culinary arts taught by a gourmet chef.
